Amberlynn starts the day explaining how the mechanics didn’t realahs they would need the key to their car until it was at the shop for 5 days, so they’re hitchin’ a ride after breakfast to drop off the key. Becky grabs the camera to update us on the “throat stuff.” Yet, it’s still serious, because Beck is enduring cough drops. When they return from the drop off, Amberlynn does some meal prepping. The next day she’s interrupting by a spider while filming her first clip of the day, she calls Becky to the rescue. Amberlynn does the water dance to celebrate drinking one gallon of water yesterday. She comes up with a new challenge for herself, to record calories every day for the next 100 days. She wants to make Becky’s life easier, so she does some more meal prepping. Eric and Rickie picked up a bunch of sparkling water flavors and has Amberlynn try one, they might not like them, but they’re stuck with them now. Amberlynn wants us to know that she has a negative reaction to Rarity, just like another cat in her past, Charlie. The two start the day by recording a new weight loss update, sharing their current lbs and plan for the week. Later that day they find out the car is finally ready to pick up. She films herself eating the leftovers before taking us on a walk outside, which results in breathing issues. She says she can feel the difference from her lack of activity over the last couple months compared to the start of the year. She’s discouraged she could only walk for 10 minutes instead of 30, but hopefully it doesn’t stop her from continuing to try. She ends the vlog with a positive comment.

00:00hey guys so welcome to another vlog we got woken up to Becky missing a call
00:07from the car place they called about an hour before Becky finally realized it
00:12for some reason her phone didn't ring today is Tuesday if you guys been
00:15following along on this little car saga and you should know that today is the
00:19day when we're actually should be getting our car we should already know
00:24what's wrong with it it should already be fixed the only reason why I go by
00:27those standards standards it's because that's what the car place told us we
00:30called Monday they said oh we wrote down what's wrong with it on some paper but we
00:34can't find it so we'll call you back later even though they were supposed to
00:37call us even though they didn't both the both of the times I said they're supposed
00:40to call us they didn't today they were supposed to call us the car should have
00:44been ready and they should have been working on it they told us when we
00:47dropped off the car we don't need your keys so at first we thought that was
00:51really weird but we just kind of accepted it now today they called us we
00:55need your keys we can't do anything until we have your keys and I'm just
00:59like that's what I thought of at the beginning like of course they need our
01:04keys but they kept saying they didn't need them and now they need them we're
01:07not getting our car back today we have no idea what's wrong with it I don't
01:10understand what's going on but we have to get a ride and we have to go give them
01:17the keys and that's pretty much the update on the car so that kind of sucks
01:21I'm about to go make me some breakfast I'm just gonna have some eggs making
01:29mandarins like what I've been doing I get a lot of comments down below people are
01:33saying like have oatmeal and like fruit and stuff personally I don't really like
01:38oatmeal at all I think it might be a texture thing it makes me gag if I ever do
01:42eat oatmeal it's pretty much like I'm forcing myself and I don't stay as full
01:47when I have fruit and oatmeal because I don't know if it's cuz it's like sugary
01:51I don't always like sugar-free oatmeal like you can do oats and stuff but I
01:55just don't like it at all I feel very content having my eggs bacon and mandarins
01:59so different strokes for different folks you guys tada this really takes me less
02:05than five minutes pretty simple a caveman could do it you guys remember
02:15those commercials just how I like it a quick breakfast I usually eat these first
02:20and then I dive into this goodness
02:24so hello everyone I feel much better now I guess the antibiotics have been
02:38working which I'm very happy about that I've not gotten much sleep which sucks
02:44hopefully once I stop feeling this way in my chest with coughing I literally feel
02:50like I've been kicked in the ribs because I've coughed so much whatever it's
02:58never hurt like this before I've never coughed like this before whatever
03:04what are you doing what to take my minutes I'm gonna take them like what two
03:14hours earlier than I usually do just to get it over with I need to take mine too but I
03:19need to take mine with food and I didn't eat anything no I'm not really had much of an
03:30appetite well right now I have a hoss in my mouth which is kind of a big deal
03:37because I hate cough drops if I've got a cough drop in my mouth you know it's
03:41serious you want a bar a what like a like a bar so you can take your medicine oh like a protein oh
03:52what just happened I'm like do you want me to get you one I guess
03:57we're releasing the collection of Mega Man 1 and 2 uh the legacy collection uh for the switch
04:05okay all the older uh Mega Man 1 I will tell you one thing the only Mega Man that matters is Mega Man 4
04:13for the Nintendo that is the only Mega Man that matters

04:46issues with um appetite when it came to a sinus infection I don't know this is probably really
04:51boring I just figured I'd pop in and say hi because I've been kind of out of the light for a
04:56while and that's mainly me because I've been really busy I've been uh sick
05:00did you eat the um green beans from it are you insinuating that there is a green bean thief in the
05:13house yeah because I just put your microwave your microwave back in the plate I just put your plate
05:17back in the microwave no I don't really want Ricky might have ate them no it literally just happened
05:23I just woke up to hell um actually my girlfriend woke up to hell first um she's always like done
05:31with her morning routine before I am so she'll come downstairs and start doing a few chores
05:36and I'll be upstairs like gonna meet her downstairs in like five minutes so she texted me she's
05:42she's like a lot of bad stuff happened down here and I'm just like oh my god what was it so it turns
05:49out we don't really know how it happened but we're guessing our cat Smokey went up on our cabinet
05:55um and threw down a bunch of bags for our dog monkey to get that makes sense but he also got our fruit
06:07like bowl thing like fruit holder how the hell did that happen like this has never happened before
06:13so monkey our dog this sorry this like really upsets me like it's not a good way to wake up
06:21he ate are you ready for this three full bananas with the peels on he ate the peels and the banana
06:31all three so you think that's bad you could be like okay well at least he's being healthy
06:37no it gets worse um my girlfriend's mom yesterday went to the grocery store for herself and got these
06:45like caramel rice cakes I'm sure all you know what those are they're like circles like he ate big
06:51the bag had never been opened he ate every single one and I want to say there's about 12 in the bag
07:0012 big circles of caramel cakes you could be like okay at least that wasn't the worst thing he could
07:08eat it gets worse than that her mom also bought um I'm sure you guys know what like Chex mix is
07:15I guess there was like a new kind it was like hot and spicy sriracha I love sriracha I love spicy
07:21monkey ate the whole bag it gets worse he might have stopped eating there but I came downstairs to
07:30literally like 10 piles of poop monkey's sitting right here knowing I'm talking about him I'm very
07:37upset with you monkey oh but I am I'm upset I cannot believe this like I'm literally shocked right now
07:44like I don't even know how any of that happened like how did he get I'm more so amazed on how he
07:51got the fruit bowl I really hope I don't get any hate from this because animals will have a mind of
07:56their own um all our food is put away to where the animals can't get to it so the fact that this
08:03happened is shocking because it's never happened before so we have to go into new measures so this
08:08never happens again oh monkey shame shame shame I hope he doesn't start feeling sick I'm thinking
08:16because the bananas he might not like get super sick oh boy wait I'm so confused don't think rary

09:34okay so we're back home the car place now has the keys they said new update they're gonna check the
09:45car tomorrow hopefully they check it tomorrow fix it tomorrow we can pick it up tomorrow but that's
09:48only in my dreams so today I'm just gonna spend the next like hour two or three doing a little
09:54bit of mill prepping I've noticed that sometimes I just don't feel like cooking so I want to have
09:58chicken cooked already vegetables cooked already maybe some sweet potato I don't really know what
10:03I'm gonna do with it but right now I'm gonna cut up some bell pepper carrots mushrooms zucchini and
10:11onion and I'm going to prep all this cook it so and I'm gonna use this or both of these I don't know
10:18it depends on how much I make to prep it I still gotta wash this though here are the veggies I'm just
10:23gonna turn this off let it cool down and then put it in the containers because never put anything in
10:29the fridge covered especially while it's hot because it'll create like bacteria and stuff so
10:35I'm gonna turn that off it smells so good onions make everything just smells so amazing like and the
10:45garlic and stuff and all this down here is water because I don't use oil I wanted to use oil but I
10:51decided not to I just used water and this I sprayed a little bit of this p.m. olive oil the next thing I'm
10:58gonna do is I'm gonna wash these four sweet potatoes set them up and I'm gonna roast them in the oven so another
11:04little mini update I have these cooling on the stove off of heat obviously and now I'm gonna have
11:09them cool in the container and then I'm gonna put it in the fridge and pick this up we have the sweet
11:17potatoes in here they're supposed to take a while to cook next I'm gonna have to cook chicken but I'm
11:22gonna give myself a little break I've been up and at them for about so far it's been about an hour
11:27so I mean a little over an hour so meal prepping is kind of fun actually so the sweet potatoes are done
11:33it only took an hour they may not look the greatest first time I've ever done this but they taste
11:38amazing so I'm super excited about that here we have our chicken cooking I just put it on here a
11:43few minutes ago so still pretty raw I'm very crazy when it comes to chicken so always make sure it
11:49goes up to about 185 that's why I love this thermometer okay you guys I'm finally sitting down
11:55to have lunch meal prepping took me probably almost three hours but it was worth it now it's complete
12:02so I'm currently having a salad I had leftover edamame in here that I used it was the other
12:07day so I didn't want it to go bad so I used that a serving of it I have some chicken my veggies I
12:12cooked some of the sweet potatoes oh my god I'm so excited and I did just a drizzle obviously there's
12:17lettuce I think I said that of some it's like a greek set of dressing so okay so it's time for

12:30cooking different things I like to get some ideas for healthy low calorie dishes like the zoodles
12:35with chicken meatballs that looked yummy it was definitely amazing and I got a lot of positive
12:39comments on this video and a lot of thumbs up so I'm definitely gonna do more videos like this because
12:43I enjoyed it and I like to give other people ideas because I also like to receive them next one is from

13:32and stuff and it was super good I feel like it's one of the best things that I have made that I like
13:36that is like healthy oh my god you guys there is a spider on the window I'm not even kidding

15:20I'm thinking about doing this thing where I do a hundred days of calorie counting
15:25what do you guys think even if I go over calories I still calorie count I need to get more water
15:30that's why what I initially was doing I wanted to put it right here holding myself accountable
15:37and everyday writing the calorie limit okay so what I'm about to do is to make Becky's life easier
15:42she likes to um have these with her wraps they're just mini sweet peppers and she doesn't really like
15:47she doesn't like cutting them and stuff so I'm gonna cut them for her and kind of just prep them and put
15:52them in here so she can just grab them and I'm gonna do the same thing with this cucumber so we can
15:56just grab it so I can put it on my greek solids or you know whatever if she wants to put it on some of

17:29it has like no flavor but it has the smell of it
17:34it feels like this is trying to be those one
17:36look crock yeah yeah I was like that's what it reminded me of
17:40they remind me of as soon as you open it up it smells just like whatever it is the apple one
17:45smells just like a fresh green apple the mango want to try it smells like fresh mango but then you
17:49drink it tastes nothing like it I'm like that has no flavor so do you guys like your nose no but we
17:54bought like four cases so we gotta drink them

18:30but rarity is one of them and there was another cat that I used to have charlie
18:35if you guys have been watching me for a while um you knew that in virginia I had four pets three
18:41cats and a dog and that charlie was my everything
18:45I made that very clear in a lot of videos I've never had a pet like charlie and I know this is
18:55ridiculous but I just want to say that charlie died it's like it has been ripping me apart it

19:13I've been feeling a lot of guilt for some reason which is really weird like I told crystal and
19:17destiny that I feel like it's my fault even though it's not
19:24when I was living in virginia we were glued to each other it's just how it was like we clicked when I
19:29started living there and for four years straight charlie was like my cat and I was charlie's human
19:35that's just like how it was charlie would let me pick him up and nobody else he would bite everybody
19:40but he wouldn't bite me I just loved him like I love him so much half on my pillow half on the windowsill
19:50I don't think I'll ever like feel that way towards another animal I know like if you guys aren't animal lovers
20:18you do not get it you don't understand where I'm coming from charlie was like a real like family
20:24member to me that looks comfy I feel like when I lived virginia I mean I know when I lived virginia
20:31he started like acting out they said and that him and monkey the dog would fight a lot and they had to
20:37like put charlie in this really long like cat net thing like cat house I don't know how to explain it
20:43it was in the living room and it was really big you know very spacious it wasn't like a cage and he
20:47had room to do whatever he wanted in the living room but it was so like monkey didn't get in there
20:52and like I don't know I don't we don't know what he was sick with the vet wouldn't do any tests and
21:00I just I hurt so bad
21:06oh my god you guys stop oh when I was living in virginia I was also allergic to him oh my god it
21:13hurts so bad and my nose is getting all it's just like an I wouldn't say allergic I don't know it's
21:18just like allergies when it comes to her but that does make you allergic I don't know what I did

21:59first thing I wanted to talk about is what is your favorite healthy snack easy snap peas look at what
22:05Becky's doing dipping her snap peas in this yoplait snap peas raw snap peas you don't dip them in
22:11anything no they're just good the way they are is it because it's crunchy or cucumbers and I'm gonna
22:15do the same thing with this cucumber so we can just grab it so I can put it on my greek solids or
22:20you know whatever if she wants to put it on some of her wraps
22:22yeah yeah they taste good is it because snap peas are crunchy yeah they taste good
22:33I don't know I just like that little fresh flavor they got going on wavy greek
22:40zep tzatziki oh my god I never said I could pronounce things okay these are like almost refreshing
22:47this is refreshing it's gotta be that green stuff cilantro I see some cucumber it's not bad
22:58I don't like how it smells but it tastes really good so refreshing how can a chip be refreshing I
23:03know I'm done whatever I noticed that when I'm on a weight loss journey I don't snack as much I feel
23:10like I try to get all my calories like in meals do you know what I'm saying I mean I have really bad
23:15habits of forgetting to eat sometimes during like weight loss yeah and also tell myself you know
23:21I don't need anything even though it's probably not healthy but whatever yeah like I remember in
23:25January when Becky and I were trying to lose weight like I would cook all the meals myself but we decided
23:30to do it differently where I mean we're kind of eating some more things but like she's trying to
23:35focus on her own type of eating and I'm trying to focus on my own type of eating but if I had to
23:40say like a healthy snack I really enjoy carrots and that's probably like the healthiest you can get
23:45like snap peas and carrots snap peas and carrots you carrots suck carrots are nasty if we're gonna
23:52if you're gonna say least favorite I'm gonna say celery that's disgusting even with peanut butter that's
23:56just no what's your first small weight goal um like super small and I'm talking about easy 255 255
24:07pounds why well you're starting off small small goals I know I can get there oh if we're gonna talk
24:14bigger 240 you know down to 220 you know 20 okay intervals well for me my small goal is to get to
24:22465 to me that's a small goal because it's like the lowest I remember being in the last couple of years
24:29is 469. I weighed in and I'm 455.0 pounds okay you guys today is January 30th and I'm gonna be weighing
24:38myself 474.2 488.6 so if I got to 465 I would feel like
24:49like so that is like my small goal I feel like if I tried hard enough I could get there in a month
25:01maybe a little bit more than that what's your main weight loss goal like where I want to be
25:07yeah definitely below 200 below 200 yeah it don't have to be no 135 that's probably never gonna happen
25:14because you know I've been big since I was you know I got 11 years old I was a small child and then
25:19out of nowhere boom but yeah I was below 200 I can't imagine either of us 135 can you imagine if
25:25we were both 135 pounds and we're like bikini body what's up even if I was that small I don't feel
25:33comfortable exposing myself that way you wouldn't wear bikinis no I can't imagine a little bright pink
25:39bikini so okay I imagine you if you're 135 and we were at the beach you'd be wearing like shorts
25:50like this like basketball shorts but I feel like you'd be wearing like a um like either like a black
25:56sports bra or like a white wife beater is that because is that just what I want you to wear yeah
26:02that's what you want me to wear I don't know that still feels weird like I know for sure if I
26:06have like the my perfect body my perfect body is not 135 pounds I still like curvilicious looking
26:13girls and that's how I wish I would look I'm never gonna get there I'm never gonna be like that perfect
26:18body in my eyes but if I did have it I would definitely be wearing me some bikinis I was just
26:23remembering the time I actually did go to the beach and I was in my emo kids stage and so I was too good
26:29to wear bathing suits and stuff so I wore black pants black t-shirt that is literally me I wore my um
26:36pink and black um audio skate shoes oh my gosh that is literally me like literally me that's what I do
26:43now and like if I did go swimming I would wear a bathing suit but I always wore a t-shirt over it
26:49yeah yeah I mean what did you swim in when we went to the lake last year I forget shorts and t-shirt
26:56shorts and t-shirt I literally wore pants and just like a t-shirt it was so fun though it was fun
27:03ambulance stepping out next thing I'm gonna do is wear a bikini
27:09so I wanted to talk about something that I'm doing Becky's not doing it she's not counting calories even
27:13though I keep urging her to do so because I feel like it'll really help her see like is she eating
27:17too little is she eating too much I see a chemtrail forming
27:21what you trying to do boo what are you spraying out honey buns like what's going on it's supposed to
27:28storm in a few days oh that must be it that's it so I'm doing a thing where it's a hundred days of
27:33counting calories I'm doing a thing where it's a hundred days of counting calories if I binge eat
27:39I'm gonna count those calories even though it's gonna be hard and difficult because when I binge I
27:43just shove it in if I overeat I'm gonna count calories if I under eat I'm gonna count calories it doesn't
27:48matter what I'm eating I'm gonna count calories for a hundred days in a row I haven't done that
27:54ever I don't think I've ever done that counting calories 100 days in a row I think like my biggest
27:59streak without skipping a day is probably like 20 days like nothing spectacular um today's either day
28:04four or day five I don't really know if you guys are wondering I do use my fitness pal you guys can
28:10actually add me on my fitness pal two y's and two s's at curvy calories I love it I've also used the
28:15app lose it before that chemtrails freaking me out I own Dale it's not genocide but I think I just
28:21prefer my fitness hall because it's like a bigger community and they have like every single food ever
28:26in their database so I never have to worry about you know counting calories and stuff are you okay
28:30yeah I don't like how I'm sitting I never have to worry if like there's the food that I'm eating
28:35is in that database just to give you guys a little FYI the last two or three days I've gone over my
28:44calories by about 3,000 my fitness pal wants me to eat 2,700 calories that's a no on my part that's way
28:53too many calories I will gain weight if I eat 2,700 calories I've tried it it does not work for my body
28:592,700 calories I usually gain about a pound every few days or I maintain that is not what I'm trying
29:05to aim for so I made my own personal goal of eating 1,800 calories I know a lot of people are going to
29:11be like that's too little that's too little it's not that's if you're eating a bunch of food that is
29:16low in calories like vegetables and you're getting a bunch of it and like lean meats it's it's it's
29:22definitely enough so I have gone over calories a lot I'm eating about in the four thousands that's what
29:28happens when I have a day where I overeat or I binge I mean usually it's just like overeating binging
29:32would be way worse than that that brings us to our weigh-in Becky's not doing it she's not counting
29:37calories the last time I weighed in I was 263.4 pounds which put me up 0.6 right okay put me up 0.6
29:49now I am down to 260.8 so that's Becky's for today so I have dropped 2.6 pounds
30:06so how do you feel about that weigh-in it was surprising because I didn't expect it last week
30:12I weighed in at 492.6 which put me up 2.0 pounds today I weighed in at 492.0 okay that's what
30:21everyone weighs for today keeps fluctuating so that means I'm only down 0.6 pounds which is totally
30:28understandable because even though I've been tracking my calories I'm still going over I'll
30:33start the day amazing um I'll be doing everything great and then at night I'm just like possessed I
30:39want to devour everything a lot of people are saying I'm not eating enough for breakfast or
30:43lunch that has nothing to do with overeating or my binge eating it's all up here when I overeat
30:47or I binge it's not even because I'm hungry like it has nothing to do with it because the way I eat
30:52when I'm trying to be healthy I'm very satisfied all day long when it comes to actual like hunger
30:58so I want people to stop getting that confused binge eating has nothing to do with hunger I'm like
31:03a thousand percent promise you so this week I just really want to focus on staying under 1800
31:09calories every single day and I want to work out 30 minutes every single day sounds like a good
31:13plan are you gonna count calories um I want to but I'm not sure how to log the things I eat
31:20like that wrap how would I even put that in there I'd have to put everything individually
31:24yeah I can help you it's like wrap chicken lettuce
31:29potatoes potatoes peppers wrong p word yeah it's it's really not that hard I can I have to have
31:38teenagers I didn't know that how did you maybe they're just friends I don't know I just don't

33:44to do a little update on the car they never called us yesterday we kind of just let them work on it

33:58yesterday we kind of just let them have a day without us bothering them
34:02we just really miss our car it's been over a week now but it's fixed it's ready they fixed
34:09it they test-drived it it's not going to cost us as much as I thought so I'm very happy about that
34:14last night I had like an epiphany at like 2am I was like I want to go to the gym so I think we're
34:18going to start trying to go to the gym more frequently
34:21how's the gym? I'm going to be honest I haven't been to the gym in a little while
34:26I love the elliptical it's amazing so yeah did they tell you what was wrong with the car?
34:31um it just needed a plug and fluid it just needed a plug and fluid exactly what we thought
34:38but what costed so much was the um work on it and they ran a diagnostic so

34:51that the tow guy all he had to do is look at it for three seconds and he was right

36:33i've been back for my walk see um sorry i have to catch like my breath for about 20 minutes now
36:42and my asthma is definitely back because i used to have exercise induced asthma it was really bad
36:50when i was in florida i did see someone about it and not florida sorry virginia crystal and i would do
36:55these exercises where i would like straight up like dance slash exercise for over an hour
37:00sorry i just got done like having like an asthma attack straight up so we would do that for like
37:15over an hour
37:19and this would happen so i did see someone about it like crystal's parents took me and they paid for it
37:24like i'm very grateful it's exercise induced asthma but i don't have an inhaler and i don't know why it's
37:29coming back right now because like in january i would walk outside running and blend over

39:22we would go to the gym we just paid to do like a one day thing today to kind of see like how we
39:28felt if we liked it so we did do that and i loved it i enjoyed it but a lot of stuff was eye opening for
39:33me i got on a treadmill and it just it didn't feel like it was supporting my weight but thankfully there
39:39were like bigger treadmills behind me so i went on that one and that one was like perfect it was pretty
39:44sad because i used to walk at like a 4.0 pace and i only could walk to a 1.8 pace so i did that for 10
39:51minutes and i felt like i was dying i was like what the heck so then i went and i tried this other
39:57machine that i used to do a lot my hips i couldn't even fit on it because you have to stand in between
40:02i don't even know what this machine's called but four years ago i enjoyed it so much you have
40:06to stand in between like these two bars and your legs it's not the elliptical it's not the elliptical
40:11because i love the elliptical but you like your legs like go up you have to like go like this
40:15it kind of reminds you of an elliptical but it's not and i could barely do it because my
40:19hips were so big so that was kind of eye opening and i can't wait until i can actually go on that
40:24machine again and be comfortable and not have my hips be completely like too big for me to even do
40:30it like i was able to fit but they were like rubbing against the poles and it just it was not it
40:34just wasn't comfortable so that was super eye opening and i kind of just felt really out of place
40:38there which obviously i am like i'm 470 pounds or whatever so it's like but i'm super excited to
40:45you know go there and just the treadmill is amazing i noticed that for me when i walk on a treadmill i
40:50feel like i burn more calories i get more like sweaty and like out of breath compared to just like
40:54walking on the street or something that's weird i know but i enjoyed it becky enjoyed it she um worked
41:00herself up into a sweat so that's good but yeah i just kind of wanted to give a little update on that
41:05oh and there was another machine that i did where you actually sit down it wasn't the bike
41:09but it was also another machine i actually snapchatted me doing it
41:14where you move your legs and oh my god i felt it in my calves i felt it like in between um on my inner
41:20thighs i was just like oh my god i'm using muscles that i usually don't use but yeah i had a good time
41:25so i am at the gym actually i'm outside of the gym i just got done becky's still in there she's almost
41:31finished i just felt hopeless because back when i used to do the gym like i could do it for a long
41:36time and now i just feel like i can't hello everybody so i'm currently at the gym i feel so
41:43good i just got done working out i'm gonna lose this weight but i'm gonna have extra skin so i'm
41:49never gonna be perfect if losing weight having extra skin feels as good as i feel now then i'm gonna take
41:56it and i'm gonna hold on to it forever because i have a fear of extra skin as we all know i used
42:02to let that fear get in the way in my weight loss i feel like in a way i would sabotage myself i'm not
42:06gonna let that happen this time i just needed to get this out before you know it went away from me
42:11i'm on track more than i have ever been since starting youtube i feel like adding exercises
42:17into my life has changed me drastically today i did extra minutes and an extra machine and i just feel
42:24amazing like i don't even know how else to describe it and i just wanted to like share this for you

45:28time ever on a diet i tried weight watchers at 11 years old no 11 year old should have to go through
45:34that like we all know that i had like constant i constantly had to get inhalers i would wake up with
45:40asthma attacks like just literally sleeping i'd wake up with asthma attacks and it just sucks because
45:44like also my back was hurting really bad and i just i really wanted to work out for 30 minutes
45:50every day and now i just feel like defeated
45:56i don't know what to do so it just it sucks but i'm inside now i'm drinking my water it's my fourth one

46:44don't have the right tools to get it open so that's what i've been sitting there doing
