02:06weigh-in yesterday I weighed in at 497.0 which was a 1.6 loss and today I weighed in at 495.4
02:15yay so that means it was another 1.6 loss that means in two days I've lost 3.2 pounds I also know
02:24yes I know fluctuations are going to happen I'm gonna probably gain a few days let's just hope not
02:29some days I might only lose 0.2 I get it but me weighing myself is holding me more accountable
02:35because I can visually see what is going on on that scale for me to lose 3.2 in two days
02:40that's amazing and that shows that I am going on the right track because I gain weight so freaking easy
02:48anyways I also wanted to talk about I never told you guys but my goal for this 30-day challenge is to
02:53lose 20 pounds that seems like a lot but for someone my size I feel like I can do it if I try hard
02:58enough and I also want to talk about when I set my goal I don't want to go over 2200 calories I noticed
03:04that with me walking so much and exercising so much which I adore it makes me so happy the endorphins
03:08are real you guys I always thought that was just a lie to get you to exercise but no like the endorphins
03:13are real every time I'm done walking I feel amazing I just noticed I'm more hungrier normally on a day
03:17where I am and overeating I eat anywhere between 5,000 6,000 7,000 calories in one day so my goal
03:24I've changed it to just not overeat to 3,000 calories just don't eat anywhere near 3,000 calories so if I
03:29have 2,400 that's okay 2,500 that's okay I am burning naturally if I don't even move for the whole
03:35day I'm burning over 2,000 calories but since I am also on top of that walking that's an extra 2,000
03:39calories so I'm burning over 4,000 calories every single day anyways I feel like I'm rambling I just
03:44wanted to start this vlog and let you guys know hello we are doing this thing I am currently at
03:493.2k steps so 3,200 and 8,000 is the goal

11:34I know a lot of people are gonna disagree with that
11:36but I'm just doing things differently
11:37I'm not clean eating this time
11:39and I think that's what's helping me
11:41from not being
11:41because when I'm too strict with myself
11:43that makes me
11:44but I'm allowing myself to have things like that
11:47if I want them
11:48a serving of M&M's
11:49you get 32 M&M's
11:51for only 140 calories

11:55those are not gonna make me gain weight
