Amberlynn is back and feeling fresh. She’s only taken a couple days off from vlogging, but things have changed for the better. She’s added avocado and toast to her breakfast routine and is now obsessed with walking. Unfortunately, the B monster is still kicking around, but not as bad according to her, ask her roommates and it might be a different story. She’s been engaging with viewers on the MyFitnessPal app and so far, it’s been going well, but the comforting environment might not last long. We get outside for a few minutes after Amberlynn walks a loop around the driveway. Later that day they go out to eat with Becky’s family before going shopping where Amberlynn plays the star of the show while Becky films. She shows us a cart haul at the Dollar Tree, then we get a grocery haul when they get home. The two go for a loop walk together and Amberlynn is grateful for the company. On the menu tonight she has sweet potatoes and onions. While waiting for them to cook she addresses her internet situation while she’s been away. Viewers were wondering how she was posting to Twitter when she said she wasn’t going to have access to the internet. She explains again how the connections are too week to upload, but not to browse the web. She ends the day by sharing her highest step count yet. Amberlynn starts the next day with an apology for a couple comments she made yesterday that might have seemed offensive and show us her breakfast before eating. While Becky is still sleeping, Amberlynn finds the motivation to do the loop plus some extra steps outside. She films a weigh in the next day and decides to set a new challenge for herself, 30 days of weighing in, and restricting calories and counting steps. She reveals her highest weight to date, 498.6. They take a trip to Walmart then return home to do some dancing while cooking. It’s been a month since she started her new meds and so far, she seems to be more active than before.

00:00Hey guys, I'm back better than ever. I've lost a hundred pounds. I run 25 mile marathons like
00:06every day. I'm just like, I'm made of fruit. Okay, not really. You guys, hey, I am back though and I
00:19feel actually amazing. I have some things to update you on with my weight loss and stuff like
00:31that, but I just got done having breakfast and normally I have two mandarins, two eggs and two
00:37bacon. I only have eggs for breakfast, you guys. That's it. A lot of people are like, you eat eggs
00:41too much. Two a day? No. I have decided to also add avocado toast. So I got some health nut. It's
00:48my favorite, favorite bread, whole grain bread. And then obviously the avocado. I added that to
00:54my breakfast and wow, I'm full. 415 calories for all of it. And I literally felt like I just ate
01:01like 2000 calories. So starting off good. Super happy about that. But you guys, I wanted to update
01:07you on the fact that I literally am obsessed with walking. If you guys have a Fitbit, my link is

01:31more yesterday. I went almost 7,000 steps. I walk all the time now. If I'm in a parking lot, I will walk
01:37the parking lot. If we're going somewhere like to Becky's sister's house, if we're just going home,
01:41I'll have her drop me off at the end of the street and I'll just walk there. I love being
01:45able to work from home because it gives me more time to walk. I'll walk around the house extra
01:50times. Like if I have to go to the bathroom, I will go to the bathroom and then walk them back
01:54and forth several different times. I walk outside so much. We have a really big driveway, so I'll loop
02:00that a lot. Like I'm just obsessed with walking and I think the challenges on the Fitbit app is
02:06definitely helping because you guys are challenging me. I'm challenging myself. I jogged yesterday for
02:11like 25 seconds. I'm not a jogger. It's not good for someone my weight, but I wanted to prove to
02:18myself that I could do it and I could do it and I could have kept going, but I knew in my head,
02:22like I'm a little too big for this. I don't want to hurt my knees or anything like that. This feels
02:25so good, you guys. I feel great. I am really struggling every single night. The binge monster does
02:31come out. I feel like I'm not binging as hardcore, but it's still a struggle. I am still going over
02:36calories every single day. I did weigh myself today. Normally I would be up tons of weight,
02:41but I'm actually the same exact weight I was about a week ago and I think it's because all of the
02:46walking. So I need to now also just lower my calorie intake, stop going over calories. I'm still
02:52logging every single day. So a hundred days of calorie counting is still happening. But anyways,
02:57I'm going to reply to some of my fitness pop messages because I do get a lot. I love it.
03:01It's just, I'm not alone and you guys aren't alone. It's just, it's great. And then I'm going
03:05to go for a walk. I'm so excited. So there's this route I created for myself outside and I just did
03:12it. The route that I do though, it hurts my back so bad. Like every time I walk it, I'm happy that
03:17I made this route for myself so I can do it, you know, every few days and just kind of see, you know,
03:22if there's a difference. Obviously my lower back hurts really bad because I have a huge butt and I have
03:26a huge stomach. So it's like, it's weighing down by my stomach and stuff. So, oh my God,
03:32it's so bright out here and it's actually pretty warm. I'm literally sitting right in front of the
03:36sun and I'm going to get me a little, a little sunburned. I don't mind being sunburned. I know
03:40a lot of people in the comments are going to be like, no, no, no, no, skin cancer. But I mean,
03:44I love how the sun feels. You just need some of that. Oh, it feels so good. Oh, and my sunburns
03:50usually turn into a tan. I don't really like being tan, but the sun just feels so good.
03:56So I'm going to sit here, drink some of my water. This is a new water bottle that I actually got

06:06So, everything we're getting from the Dollar Tree, just a little plug-in outlet thing, stuff
06:11to clean windows, two bowls, two pens with diamonds on them, these notebooks, and just
06:17this little strainer for when I need to strain stuff, but it's like just a little bit.
06:21Okay, so we have a wee bit of a grocery haul.

07:24This is by far the best bread, and it's so filling because one of them is 110 calories,

09:17It helps a lot because I don't use a lot of oil.
09:19I know a lot of people are like, why does everyone say that she doesn't use oil if she
09:23used Pam spray?
09:24In my opinion, this is better because per spray is zero calories.
09:28Uh, I don't know.
09:32It's just portion control.
09:33Because if I was to use oil, I'm sure I would use a lot and that would just add way too many
09:37calories.
09:38So I'm just sitting here while my food is cooking.
09:41But I kind of wanted to clarify something because I've gotten some tweets about it.
09:44People were like, how are you online if you didn't have Wi-Fi?
09:47I think some people misunderstood what I was saying.
10:00I did have Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi was not strong enough for me to upload.
10:05Usually, even when I'm home, I'm on Wi-Fi 24-7.
10:08But when I upload, I go off of Wi-Fi and I use data, which means you need service to
10:14use the data where I was located.
10:16Even though I had Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi was not strong enough for me to upload.
10:19So like I do at home, I was going to go off of Wi-Fi as I do.
10:23And I was going to use my data, which you need service for, to upload.
10:27But where I was, there was no service.
10:29So I hope that kind of makes more sense for you guys.
10:32I didn't lie about not having Wi-Fi because I 100% did.
10:35But it just was not strong enough, like here at home, for me to upload.
10:39But thankfully, I live somewhere where service does work.
10:42So I'm able to upload for you guys because we'd be out of luck if I didn't have service here.
10:46So I know a lot of people were confused about that.

10:54So I have explained this before, actually, several times.

11:05So I wanted to show you guys that I went almost 8,500 steps today.
11:10This is by far my biggest record of steps.
11:14I am so proud of myself.
11:16I was actually aiming for 10,000 today.
11:18I think once I got to about 7,900, I was like, you know what, I'm going to do 10,000.
11:23But once I hit after 8,000, it's almost as if my body was just like Amberlynn, don't.
11:29My feet are hurting really bad, certain parts of my muscles that I'm not used to using a lot
11:34are hurting.
11:35Just parts of my body are just aching and I kind of just felt like I couldn't go any further.
11:40When I first got my Fitbit, I would only go about 2,000 steps, 3,000 steps.
11:45I aimed for around 4,000 and didn't make it most of the time.
11:48And here I am almost at 9,000.
11:50So even though I didn't hit 10,000, I'm very proud of this number.
11:53And I just wanted to share it with you guys.
11:54So anyways, I'm actually about to go to bed.

14:15So I'm not going to be able to like film myself walking.

14:19Like, um, so anyhow, so here I am doing my loop and I got this fast forward

14:49So I just wanted to continue on for today.
14:51And I do want to say yesterday, I did over 8,000 steps again.
14:54According to like scientific, I don't, I don't know scientific stuff.
14:58Every five miles is 10,000 steps.
15:01So if you do the math, that's about every 2,000 steps is a mile.
15:06So that means I'm doing about four miles a day, give or take maybe three, you know, three to four.
15:11That makes me happy because that's a big, big change compared to what I usually do.
15:17When I'm not trying, which I'm trying so hard, you guys,
15:20when I'm not trying, I probably do about a thousand steps or below.
15:23This is just, I don't know.
15:24It's just, I feel really good.
15:25So I'm going to talk to you guys about something.

15:32So I'm going to do a 30 day challenge.
15:35I'm kind of taking this off of a challenge that I saw on Instagram
15:39and tweaking it a little bit to fit what I feel like I could do for myself.

15:45because I do want to document my 30 day challenge here on YouTube.

15:58So for the 30 day challenge, I don't want to do anything.
16:01That's like so crazy that I know I'm just setting myself up for failure,

16:08First thing is I want to weigh myself every single day.
16:10I know a lot of people have big opinions on this,
16:13but this is just what I want to do.
16:15I want to weigh myself every day.
16:16I want to see myself fluctuate.
16:17I want to see, you know, if I gained three pounds one day,
16:21I want to know what did I do the day prior so I can fix that
16:24instead of waiting a whole week.
16:25And then I don't even have time to fix what I did wrong because I don't know.
16:29I just want to weigh myself daily for this challenge and see, you know, what happens.
16:34My calorie limit on my fitness pal, they want me to eat 2700.
16:38I think that's too high.
16:39I did the TDEE.
16:40You guys can just look that up.
16:42That's mainly what people look at to find out how many calories they need to eat
16:46to maintain a weight.
16:47And then you subtract about 500 to 1000 to lose weight.
16:51Um, on there, it says to maintain my weight, I need to eat a little bit over 4000 calories a day,
16:57which makes a lot of sense to me.
16:59So that means I subtract about 500 to 1000, which would bring me at 3500 or 3000.
17:05And for me, I feel like that's still too much.
17:07So I'm just gonna tell myself no eating over 2200 calories.
17:10I feel like 2200 calories is pretty sustainable,
17:13especially with how much I've been walking and stuff.
17:15I feel like there's a good balance with that because me doing 8000 steps,
17:19that's me burning.
17:20According to my Fitbit, this thing is very trustworthy.
17:23I love Fitbits.
17:24It's about me burning 2000 extra calories a day.
17:28So I'm burning almost a pound a day.
17:30So another goal for myself I want to do is do over 8000 steps a day.
17:34So far, I've done that two days in a row, which is awesome.
17:36So now I want to do it for the 30 day challenge.
17:38Ways that I get my steps in, I'll walk outside.
17:41I'll find certain like little like loops.
17:45I'll make up my own little routines.
17:47I don't do it all at once.
17:48I physically wouldn't be able to.
17:49I will walk around my house.
17:51Thankfully, it's pretty big.
17:52So I can, you know, make just routes around my house.
17:55I'll walk around the kitchen table.
17:57I'll walk in place while I'm cooking dinner.
17:59I park super, well, Becky.
18:01Ask Becky when she drives.
18:02Will you park super far away from the store?
18:04Every little step counts.
18:06There's even been times where I have been in a parking lot
18:09and I have looped the parking lot.
18:11You know, just walk, walk a lot.
18:13When you're in a store, go up and down aisles
18:15that you normally wouldn't just to get some steps in.
18:17So another thing is I want to vlog the progress,
18:19show you guys what I eat, talk about my struggles.
18:21If I ever feel the need to binge, I want to come on here
18:25and tell you guys exactly how I'm feeling.
18:26This challenge is also to help me with not binging.
18:29Last night was incredibly bad, which brings me to my weight,
18:34which I'll actually share with you guys in a minute.
18:36And my last, you know, little goal for myself is don't give up.
18:39Just don't give up.
18:40I wrote that in capital letters.
18:42So that starts today, April 23rd.
18:44So today is day one and day 30 will be on May 22nd.
