Meerut — Chaos erupted at Mawana Municipal office on July 2 when a buffalo stormed inside, wreaking havoc for nearly 30 minutes. The animal broke planters, scattered files, shattered windows, and even entered staff rooms.
The incident began when the gate was left open, allowing the buffalo to charge in. Staff and visitors panicked as it roamed the office, even attacking employees when they tried to drive it away.
