00:00Hello there, good evening.
00:02It should be a dry and fine end to the day across central and southern parts, but is
00:06there something more unsettled on its way?
00:08Well, it's certainly going to be an unsettled end to the day across the northern half of
00:12the UK.
00:13More cloud and some showery outbreaks drifting their way eastwards here, before more persistent
00:18outbreaks of rain pushing its way into Scotland through the early hours of the morning.
00:22This likely to turn heavy and rather blustery by the time we reach the early hours of the
00:27morning.
00:28But elsewhere, further south, it should remain dry, fairly clear as well, and overnight
00:32lows reaching around 11 to 12 degrees Celsius.
00:38Heading into Friday, and it's likely we'll see a bit of a north-south split in the weather.
00:43Very unsettled across Scotland, Northern Ireland, and eventually pushing into northern parts
00:47of England.
00:48The rain particularly persistent across western parts of Scotland, where we do have a yellow
00:53weather warning in force for heavy rain.
00:55And that will continue to push its way into northern parts of England, northern parts
00:59of Wales as we head into the afternoon.
01:01But to the south of this, once again, it should be a dry and bright end to the week.
01:05Light winds, and it is going to be feeling warm in that sunshine.
01:08Highs reaching around 25 to 26 degrees Celsius here, but feeling a lot fresher in the north.
01:15Temperatures around the mid to high teens here.
01:18Now, Friday evening, we will continue to see those outbreaks of rain, and they'll start to
01:24push their way southwards into central and southern parts of the UK, leading to quite a
01:29damp start as we head into Saturday morning, where the rain once again is likely to be quite
01:34persistent.
01:35It's also going to be quite blustery as we head through into the morning.
01:39Another thing to note is that fresher feel to the air is not going to last.
01:43By the time we reach Saturday morning, it's going to return to that muggy, uncomfortable
01:48feel, with overnight lows across central and southern parts not really pushing much past
01:5215 to 16 degrees Celsius.
01:54So it's going to be another mild, if not quite warm, start as we head into Saturday.
02:00And the rain is also set to continue, once again, mostly persistent across western parts
02:05of Scotland, where we'll still have that warning in force, but also across Wales, across the
02:09south, we're likely to see the rain through much of the day.
02:13Any brightness is likely to be to the east of any high ground, and across eastern areas,
02:18eastern parts of Yorkshire, parts of Lincolnshire, and also East Anglia, could see some brighter
02:23spells by the afternoon, but western areas, that rain is likely to persist through much
02:28of the day.
02:29It's going to be an unsettled start to the weekend, it's going to continue to feel warm
02:33and muggy through much of the day, highs reaching around 24 degrees Celsius.
02:38Now if you want more information on this weekend's weather, well don't forget on YouTube, you

02:45Otherwise that's it from me, bye bye.
