00:00all right it's time to grill again yes that's right i'll be grilling some chicken up today
00:06you know sadly the igniter's broken so this could be kind of dangerous so
00:09that went up flames faster than fucking paul blackburn on the mount
00:18manja manja bon appetit let's eat it's time for tanks cooks bonja manja bon appetit let's eat
00:32it's time for tanks cooks it's time it's time it's time all right we're gonna be going out and
00:39doing some grilling again today and you know you can grill up some chicken and i got them
00:43it's this 15 minute minute marinade but i think uh more like a four or five hour marinade makes
00:49it taste a little bit better lets everything soak into the uh chicken so we're gonna be uh marinating
00:56some chicken and uh we're gonna start off we're gonna get a uh now why is this cup kind of suck
01:05all right let me get a better measuring cup when it actually has quarter cups markers here we go
01:13okay we're gonna get a uh quarter cup of uh olive oil in here
01:24pour in a quarter cup of water
01:33and then we'll mix in our marinade marinade this is a mesquite marinade mesquite i guess they put
01:48mosquitoes in here all right put the mosquito marinade in
01:53let's mix this up la la la la mix up the marinade mix up the marinade mix up the marinade
02:11all right you know i'm not satisfied with uh that so let's pour a little bit of lemon pepper
02:16and a little bit of accent
02:25and zest it up a little bit
02:28nuts we need a little bit of garlic powder yeah get my garlic powder so let's get the
02:37garlic powder where is my garlic powder oh here's my garlic powder if you get it
02:42it's right here and of course garlic powder
02:46there we go mix up the marinade
02:56now we'll take this marinade mix it up really good there it is a little more mixing up the marinade
03:05we're gonna take a plastic bag we're gonna take some chicken breast nice little chicken breast
03:13you see it here we go two little chicken breast we're gonna put it into this bag
03:24we're also gonna we should probably take off this little fat so let's take off this little fat
03:32with our kitchen shears
03:33we should take off the fat with the kitchen shears have no fear when you have kitchen shears
03:47all right so take this little chickens put it into this bag
03:56now we're gonna pour the marinade into the bag
03:58and we're gonna put into the uh fridge for a couple hours before we take out to our grill so
04:06let's close this bag up and let's shake it in around and la la la tossing around
04:12jumping around kissing around flipping around
04:18and we'll be ready to cook this in a couple hours
04:21all right we'll lift this heat up a little bit before we get started we got the marinade going
04:30let's put our potatoes on first
04:34put them in foil so they don't boil
04:44that was quite a fireball wasn't it
04:51let's put our potatoes into this uh foil and wrap it up put it on the fire
05:17we'll also get our uh corn on the cob on the fire
05:47we'll spray it up a little bit with some of this uh avocado oil
06:03seasoning with a little bit of this seasoning uh warm seasoning
06:11we'll put that on the fire
06:12all right let's get these chickens onto the grill
06:18you got a nice little cooking program here too
06:22these chickens onto our grill this is quite a trail oh look at that look at that smoke up
06:28all ready there we go all right let's close this up and get ready
06:42all right all right we got a chef iq in there so it will tell us when to flip the chicken
06:52but meanwhile we'll flip the corn around
06:56we'll turn these potatoes around too
07:13we got a little flare-up
07:14yep it's time to flip the chick turn the bird around look at that i'm flipping the bird
07:42all right what you call flipping the bird
08:03close it up and uh now we wait the monitor with our chef iq will tell us the internal temperature i like
08:10these cookie monitors we really do help
08:15let's flip the potatoes
08:24see how we're looking we're getting some more flare-ups
08:41one is one should be just about done in a minute
08:47let's flip the bird again
08:53where this bird's pot this chicken's probably gonna be done a lot sooner because it's smaller
09:01fire
09:05yep there it is dumpster fire to metal right now
09:17here it is look at that one doesn't that look good
09:31tans could actually use a little bit more i just looked at them
09:35let's heat them up just a little bit more so i can get a little
09:37more
09:42flip the bird again flip the bird again and there we go
09:54we'd actually take this the uh smaller
09:57one off
09:58all right let's get the second one off the heat and now we got to wait five minutes
10:12and then we'll be able to dig into this grilled marinated chicken
10:17and here it is our marinated chicken breast let's see how it came out

10:43not bad not bad at all of course our roasted potatoes
10:48some of them got a little charred up
10:56but nice overall
11:03and of course some corn
