00:30Today, we are making steak pizziola.
00:35Pizziola, making steak pizziola, this recipe was sent to me by Chris Glenn.

00:48And we're going to start off with some thin sliced boneless ribeye steaks.

00:57We're going to put a little bit of this meat rub on it.
01:04Just to zest them up a little bit before we put them into our frying pan.

01:40But we have to get some peeled tomatoes and chop those babies up.

03:02We're going to heat up some oil over here.

03:21Let's fry these steaks up.

03:40Now let's whip this steak.
03:43Turn the meat around.

03:47Cook on other side now.
03:50turn the meat around make sure it's really nice and brown on all sides flip them again
04:09all right let's take the steaks off the heat and put them to the side for now
04:13these are ribeye steaks boneless ribeye steaks now we're going to put in some garlic to the heat
04:23like this chopped garlic we're going to brown up this garlic
04:31here we go browning up this garlic only take about a minute or two before we're ready for the next step
04:55all right now here's those potatoes those tomatoes we cut up before

05:06let's take pizziola get the remnants of the can in there as well
05:13stir it in real nice
05:24chop these two a little bit more
05:31start chopping now we put our little spoon in here
05:35out of here as we can get a much get as much out of the can as we can
05:46all right now we'll add in some spices like oregano

05:54a lot of oregano in here a little bit of parsley

06:38get some uh traditional pepper
06:41and we'll also get in some of this uh kind of this uh flat iron uh

07:00all right all right we'll have to stir this occasionally and we'll reduce
07:07down to a simmer just so it cooks everything up
07:16for about 20 minutes
07:19and we'll be almost ready to serve this up

07:55about 50 cook this up for about 15 minutes

09:11we're also going to get on some
09:14parmesan
09:15as far as i like pecorino romano
09:17yes indeed we'll put a healthy amount of
09:19parmesan on top of the steak pizziola
09:22it's just about time to plate the meal
