00:00Can we pray kaza namaz, kaza salah at the time of any other namaz salah?
00:07For example, I had left the fajr prayer due to oversleep, maybe we didn't get up in the morning.
00:14So can I pray kaza salah of fajr at the time of Zohar, Asar, Maghrib, Oishah?
00:19Please clarify.
00:20If you have missed any of your fajr salah, whether it be fajr salah, or Zohar salah, or Asar, or Maghrib, or Oishah,
00:31the ruling is that a Muslim cannot miss the salah voluntarily.
00:37If involuntary, for example, you did not get up for the fajr salah, you kept the alarm and you didn't get up,
00:43then Allah will forgive you.
00:45But the moment you realize that you have to pray immediately, for example,
00:48you did not get up for fajr salah, and you wake up after the sun has risen.
00:53The sun rises at 7 o'clock, you wake up at 9 o'clock, the moment you get up, you should pray immediately.
01:00You cannot say, I will wait till Zohar salah is there.
01:04Yes, if you sleep and don't get up after sunrise and get up at the time of Zohar salah,
01:09then no problem, you pray the fajr salah first, then pray the Zohar salah.
01:13You cannot wait, but if you keep on sleeping, and you get up at Zohar time,
01:19then what you have to do, you have to pray fajr salah first, then pray the Zohar salah.
01:24Always, as far as the Farah's salah are concerned, you should pray in order.
01:29You cannot pray first Zohar and then Fajr.
01:30No, if you have missed your Fajr salah, first you have to pray Fajr salah, and then pray the Zohar salah, then Asar.
01:36But you cannot say, I will pray my Fajr, if you have missed your Fajr salah,
01:40and the Zohar salah time is come, you pray a Zohar salah, pray Asar, and then you pray a Fajr,
01:45at the time of Maghrib, this is wrong.
01:47You have to pray in the same order.
01:48The Sunnah salah, if you do Qazah, Sunnah-e-Mauqidah, etc., in different orders permitted,
01:55but as far as the Farah salah is concerned, you should read your salah in order.
02:01So if you missed your Fajr salah, and you get up at Zohar time,
02:04see to it that before you join the Zohar Jammah, you pray your Fajr salah, important.
02:10But if you are unable to pray before the Zohar salah, and the Zohar Jammah starts,
02:15then you pray Fajr at the time of Zohar, you can join the Jammah,
02:19and pray while the Imam is praying Zohar salah, you pray two Rakaat,
02:23and sit down in the second Rakaat, let the Imam complete the fourth Rakaat,
02:27when he does Salam, you do a Salam, so that you pray a Fajr salah first,
02:31and then you pray a Zohar salah.
02:33You have to maintain the order in the Farah salah.
02:36But if you miss any of the Farah salah because of unavoidable circumstances,
02:42like you're sleeping, or you forget, Allah will forgive you,
02:46you pray as soon as you realize.
02:48But voluntarily you cannot miss,
02:50okay, now I'm going shopping, I know I have to pray myhsar,
02:53I will miss myhsar and join together with Maghrib.
02:56It is a major sin in Islam.
02:58Voluntarily, purposely knowing, missing any of the Farah salah is a major sin.
03:03It is the fourth major sin according Imam al-Dhabi.
03:08After shirk, after murder, after black magic,
03:11the fourth major sin according Imam al-Dhabi is not offering your first salah.
03:17So voluntary leaving because of some other reason, it's not permitted.
03:21If you oversleep, if you forget,
03:24or if it's the danger of life and that,
03:26then if your house is on fire during Maghrib time,
03:29and then you are putting off the fire,
03:32and then if you miss, it's okay.
03:34But generally for swapping or for other reason,
03:36you cannot miss any of your Farah salah.
03:39Hope the answer is the question.
