00:00today we got an interesting little gadget on the table it's a mini DJ lamp

00:46then let's have a look at the product and let's test it out and get this party

00:49started there's your little USB DJ lamp it's got the USB plug-in thingy there and

00:56a little slot I don't know for what and there's your lamp now all they say is

01:01you need music we're gonna try it with two radios so let's plug in our music ooh we

01:07ran into a little snag this is an actual bigger card not the small TF card I can

01:14use this with a USB card reader but then we're gonna use the USB slot and that's

01:19where we need to plug in our lamp so I guess I'll have to put my music first on

01:23to a small TF card I'll be right back all right I'm back keep that in mind

01:29though that now that you're gonna use your USB slot for your light you're not

01:34going to be able to play your music off of a USB drive or a USB stick also you

01:40might not have access to a big card you need your music on the small little

01:44micro SD card or a TF card as they also call it right let's get this party started

01:52finally we're gonna put in our TF card right there into the TF card slot and now

01:59let's get our light our DJ light into the USB slot is it upside down now there we go

02:09and can we start playing the music or not okay the music started playing but I

02:16don't see any light you know what it's not gonna work with this radio and I'll

02:23show you why you see there it's got this room here for the speaker now it seems we

02:28cannot really push it in deep enough to work so does this mean we cannot use it

02:34with this radio or speaker well not necessarily I still have one thing I

02:39wanted to taste anyway and that was a USB cable an extension cable on the one side

02:46you have your normal USB cable and on the other side you have this also USB but

02:52it's where the USB thing can plug in I was thinking we can plug this mini DJ

02:58lamp into this part and then we just plug the other end into our USB slot I wanted

03:04to test it anyway because I wanted to see if you wanted to hang this light up you

03:09might want to hang it from the ceiling or from somewhere high or somewhere else so

03:13that your light shines from somewhere else maybe a little higher than where

03:17you're gonna put your speaker will it work though let's see plug that into our USB slot

03:23seems it does work

03:28see now we can hang this somewhere

03:39beautiful see all the nice little colors there in our DJ lamp okay so that's good

03:45news we're just gonna need to make it a little bit darker here to get the full

03:49effect just before we do that I just wanted to test this other radio you see

03:53this one is a little different the layout is different it's got a USB slot

03:59there so I believe we can just use the lamp directly and it'll go in properly

04:05enough oh we just switch this flashlight on on this speaker or radio it does go in

04:11all the way by the looks of it and this one does take a bigger SD card so let's

04:16just test it out quickly on this radio it seems it doesn't go in all the way you

04:20just press it in like that but now I wonder if it will have it leave enough

04:24space for our DJ lamp no you see it doesn't yeah fortunately it does take a

04:29TF card right next to it so let's take out our TF card out of this radio and put it

04:35into this one TF card slot you need your nails to be a little bit longer to work

04:45these cards and now into our USB slot this one goes we turn it on it's set on

04:54the radio mp3 there we go and our light starts immediate good to know that one

05:05works also but for our final party let's use this setup that we made here we'll

05:12hang this where can we hang this I may not really have somewhere to hang it but

05:16anyway let's turn the lights down low and now we can start our party what on

05:21earth now oh we took out the TF card just put that right back and now the music

05:26can start all right well this your little DJ lamp then of course it will work a lot better if

05:49you can make your place nice and dark but you can see how it's shining the

05:54colors on everything it says it'll work for about five to ten meters but

06:00personally I think it depends on how dark your place is obviously in the dark it's
