03:50or fire hazard due to overheating to prevent fire or shock hazard do not expose this appliance to rain

04:29all righty that is all very interesting so let's see what else is there here I see what is it so just a cable

04:41charging cable just uses that normal charging cable for cell phones and lots of other electronics and we take

04:53it out of the box what else is there piece of blank white cardboard okay and we take it out of the bubble wrap

05:07looks pretty nice I must say this is the black one as you can see the one with the black grill

05:17unfortunately see only this speaker looks real all this just seems to be decoration see not really a tweeter

05:31there or something like that so I'm not too sure what the sound quality is going to be there's the back of it

05:40it doesn't have screws or anything you can undo so they probably don't want you opening it this is a nice carry case so you see this is a nice

06:48controls looking pretty nice so far but of course what does it sound like we'll do the test now feels rather light so

07:02I'm not too sure we're gonna get good sound out of that I don't know why but I associate heavier speakers with better sound

07:11but let's not judge too quickly I'll just use this bigger card it's not the small TF card but it can go into the card reader

07:33don't know what it says but there it's playing the card now that's a song that starts like that it's not a sound problem

07:45not much bass unfortunately quite nice sound for like a kitchen radio or so but yeah I've heard much better bass on much smaller radios

08:43I don't know the treble is also not that sharp and clear

08:51but I've heard these songs on other sound systems this for example

09:36the very low bass and the very high treble notes

09:40it doesn't play that well on them

09:43but yeah for something like piano it does quite well

10:22yeah you know what I think we just need to accept that it doesn't quite have hi-fi sound

10:42but I suppose it will be okay for like a kitchen radio or if you just want something to play sound

13:52so in conclusion what are my impressions of this product

13:56well I think maybe just because of the size of it

14:00I was really expecting a lot better sound

14:04sound is okay for a little radio

14:07but that's the thing this thing is so huge

14:10one would have expected better

14:11like a real

14:13boom box with a woofer or something

14:16this is really just a small radio sound that they put in a really big box

14:20also I think maybe what uh

14:23gave me the wrong impression is this

14:26super bass thing they had here

14:31one would expect it has some impressive bass or something

14:35and it does not

14:37it's just like a one single speaker

16:03do its job if you just want sound playback or whatever and you want to

16:08carry it around but I have certain smaller speakers might give you better

16:13bass systems like this I've seen them come this small and then they really

16:18have much nicer sound than this so anyway that is our review of the Harwa HW2388L

16:28and yeah if they would just make this an actual tweeter speaker a small speaker

16:34just for the treble that would probably improve the sound a lot and then make

16:39this maybe like a woofer this big speaker make it a woofer that has nice bass yeah
