Hyderabad – In a shocking case from Lal Bahadur Nagar under Jeedimetla PS limits, a 16-year-old girl, Tejasree, allegedly murdered her mother Anjali (39) with the help of her boyfriend, Pagilla Shiva (19), and his brother Yashwanth (18). The motive: the mother’s objection to their relationship.
Police said Tejasree was in a relationship with Shiva for eight months after meeting on Instagram. A week ago, she had eloped with him but returned home after police counselling. Days later, she allegedly strangled her mother with a dupatta and hit her with a blunt object.
Jeedimetla police have registered a murder case and taken all three into custody. Investigation is ongoing.
