00:00what's up everybody welcome back to another video on juice welcome back today we'll be taking you
00:18all through a 20 minute step to the beat workout this is going to be a great workout if you're
00:24looking just to get some steps in get your body moving get your heart rate up and especially
00:28great on those days where you just don't have a lot of motivation and just need something fun to
00:32get you moving oh yeah this is going to be completely body weight so you're not going to
00:36need any equipment no equipment at all so for the workout format super simple we'll take you
00:41through 10 different exercises but two different variations of those exercises for a total of 20
00:46we're going 50 seconds of work we'll give you a 10 second pause and then we'll pick back up with
00:51another 50 seconds before we switch the beat all right so we'll follow this format all the way
00:55throughout the workout oh yeah and there's not a lot of modifications here if you find that an
01:00exercise is too difficult just slow it down take it at your own pace if you find that you're getting
01:05off beat with those steps just keep your feet moving until you can pick it back up all right
01:09at the end of the day we just want you all to have some fun let's get it all right if you're ready let's
01:13get right into the workout
