00:06over 50 designed to help you get fit, lose weight and feel fabulous. It's broken into three sections.
00:12We've got legs, arms and abs. We're going to work on the whole body so that you're going to feel

01:20talking about. All the little things you'd say. You're trying to keep me in my place.

08:24Next up, take your legs wide, knees facing out and we're going to go into a squat and
08:42as we rise through the heels, stand on your tippy toes and then down again.

09:29Start on the right side of the floor, raise to your toes, down to the heels, squat, travel, toes, heels and down. We're working our calves, our legs, our knees and our glutes, perfect for lovely toned legs.

11:28Now it's time to work the abdominal muscles so we can burn some of that belly fat and throughout every exercise, remember, hold your core in tight, bring your belly button in towards your spine and commit that when you're finished working out today, you're going to choose healthy, nutritious and non-processed foods to get you through the rest of the day.

12:16Next up, bring your left knee forward to about hip height, crunch forward and hold for one second.
12:44Then take your foot back to starting position. We're working on our core and our legs, but we're also practicing our balance and coordination. Keep going. You've got this.
