Ayah 78: Allah grants us hearing, sight, and minds—yet we give little thanks.
Ayah 79–80: He spreads humankind across the earth, resurrects us, controls life and death, and alternates night and day—all pointing to His sovereignty and the Hereafter.
Verses 81–83: Denial of Resurrection
Disbelievers echo the deniers of the past, questioning resurrection after becoming dust and bones. They dismiss it as ancient myths.
Allah asks: “To whom does the earth belong? Who owns the seven heavens and the Throne? Who controls all things and shelters?” They answer “Allah”—so why deny resurrection?
Verses 90–92: Affirmation of Tawḥīd and Divine Knowledge
Allah delivered the truth, yet they lied. He has no son or partner—otherwise the cosmos would collapse. He knows the seen and unseen, absolutely transcendent above shirk.
