A new whaleboat display arrives at the George Town Bass and FLinders Centre.

00:14come into the Bass and Flinders Maritime Museum and it's so exciting to finally get it in

00:20It's come from Port Sorrel Historical Group which have disbanded they were all aging and they needed

00:36the boat to be somewhere secure inside we'll be on the floor to start with in here and then it'll

00:46go up onto a cradle for people to be able to walk underneath and then look down inside of

00:57Kempt Engineering designed a dolly to be able to place the whale boat onto. The Pfeiffer's cranes came

01:07today and have lifted the whale boat up and have put it upside down onto that dolly and then Kempt

01:13Engineering have very very cleverly managed to get it into the door we were always worried we knew it

01:19would fit through but there was always that element will it fit through the doors and it did which is
