00:00There's an amazing amount of people that will come into the hotel, you know, husband and wife, you see one sees him first and the other one, the first thing they want to do is try and tap the other and say, look, look, there's a dog here, the house dog, oh, he reminds us of our dog, we miss our dog so much, so it definitely brings that kind of home away from home feeling to them.
