00:00Hi everyone, I'm Raga Da Silva, an author, podcaster, award-winning entrepreneur, public
00:09speaker and an LGBTQ plus activist. I really appreciate the thoughtful question because
00:16looking out for the well-being of the LGBTQ community in your workplace is incredibly
00:22important to me. First, it's worth keeping in mind that not all LGBT colleagues will
00:29be out at work. So when it comes to allyship, we all need to consider that it extends beyond
00:36those who are visibly part of the community. A key aspect of well-being is mental health.
00:44Havas has many resources, including the Havas Minds Mental Health Awareness Series and ongoing
00:51sessions that help employees prioritize stress management, emotional well-being and more.
00:59It can also be helpful to connect with your local HR and leadership teams to explore the
01:04resources and support offered in your local agency. Promoting well-being and inclusive mental
01:11health resources for the LGBTQ plus community and all employees shows your teammates that
01:19they are not alone. Together, we can create a workplace where everyone feels supported and
01:26empowered. You know, because inclusion is more than a value. It's a daily action. So thank you so much
