Bleacher Report has an interesting Texans prediction that almost reads like Clint Stoerner wrote it. Is it fair?

The Drive talks about it here.

00:00Bleacher Report. Tell me, this report, this prediction they have for the AFC South, are they nuts or is this fair?
00:107-1-3-5-7-2-4-6-10, those of you on YouTube and Twitch as well.
00:14Texans' projection, they say, Clint, the Texans' offensive line will cost them some games,
00:21but their defense should balance out some of those losses with stifling performances and victories.
00:28Houston struggles early, while first-time play caller Nick Caley finds the right buttons to push.
00:36And I promise you, Clint did not write this.
00:40This is from Bleacher Report.
00:43But the club still finishes above .500, 2025 projection 9-8.
00:52Then they move on to the Jags.
00:54The Jacksonville Jaguars will be the NFL's biggest surprise team in 2025.
01:01Tyler, just give it a second before you unload.
01:04Yeah, I'm out on this fool.
01:06Who is this guy?
01:07Cohen leads Jacksonville to an AFC South title with a resurgent offense.
01:132025 projection for Jacksonville that they are 10-7 in the AFC South division winner.
01:21So, honest thoughts, is this nuts or is this nuts?
01:29Well, I think it's fair on the Texans' part.
01:32I would not have Jacksonville as an NFL surprise this year going ahead and getting 10 wins and winning the division.
01:39If anybody other than the Texans wins this division, I personally think it's the Colts.
01:42They got the Colts' four wins, by the way.
01:48Yeah, no.
01:49I don't like that part of it.
01:52For me, I can get there with the Texans.
01:55I think not only – I mean, I had nine wins.
01:59It's where I'm at.
02:00It may move up or down, to be honest with you, over the next couple months.
02:04Because, yeah, 9-8 is what you've had, right?
02:06Yeah, it's where I'm at.
02:07And I know everybody.
02:08I'm straddling the fence.
02:09I'm middle of the road.
02:10That's fair.
02:10That's safe.
02:10But I think all the points, and I could add several to it, I think there is a lot of –
02:18hey, man, early schedule has got some real challenges.
02:24This team, the offensive line, Nick Cayley, C.J. Stroud, young rookie receivers that you're going to be depending on.
02:34You know, those guys, there's a lot riding on those guys, man.
02:41And to think it's going to happen right away, it's not going to cost you a couple of games early, possibly.
02:46And you're just going to – because you've had some past success, you're going to roll to 10, 11, 12 wins this year.
02:53I think it's a mistake.
02:54So, I understand.
02:56From a Texans perspective, I can get down with that.
02:58Jack, not so much.
02:59You can't squint your eyes to see that Jacksonville.
03:01No, I can't, man.
03:02See, guys, I think it's fair.
03:04I think it's fair.
03:08I will go in 10 and 7 and win the division.
03:12But I can see it is, despite what Travis Hunter has looked like in his rookie camp receiving routes that have been posted.
03:20But I can see that, you know, Trevor Lawrence, what this guy, what Liam Coen did with what he's done with past quarterbacks, what he did with Baker last year.
03:30And we've seen – we've seen, you know, Trevor be the best quarterback in this division.
03:37We've seen Trevor have years where people – ooh, Pro Bowl level years.
03:41Just a couple of years ago when they're in the playoffs and they won this division and won a playoff game before CJ and D'Amico arrived.
03:48So, we have seen it.
03:49He's not, you know, 35 and skills washed.
03:52So, you could see if he can bring that part out of him again and make life easier for him.
04:00Brian Thomas, you know, Travis Hunter, those backs.
04:04Like, there is – there are some – there are some pieces there.
04:08Defensively, I wonder in the back end if they can hold up.
04:12But, like, I think this is a fair projection.
04:16I don't think I would put money on it.
04:19I would have it reversed.
04:20I have the Texans at 10-7 and winning this division by a game or two.
04:25But, I don't think it's crazy to look at.
04:31Now, I do think they've got more – they've got more things they could have listed here with their defense and other things like that.
04:37But, I think it's a really good point, Clint, of it's different from even when – because you look at it, year one of CJ, you're like, yo, they came to be honest.
04:49It took them a bit, right?
04:51It took them – hell, it took – it took not only CJ a little bit of time to get used to NFL football, but it took Bobby Slowick time.
04:59He even admitted it, saying, like, hey, man, it took me a little bit of time to understand what's going on in the NFL.
05:06And I had to make some adjustments.
05:07And remember, it took them, what, to the second half of the Colt game, week three, before they kind of got a good feel of what kind of offense they were going to be.
05:16Now, you have veterans, right, with a young OC that they're going to have to get used to and coming out of the gate with some kind of tough competition.
05:27So, you could see them kind of slowly making their way.
05:31Now, the defense can carry them, which I think many people will hope and depend on.
05:36But you could see it being a, hey, we're still kind of learning each other and learning what should be the best way of doing things early.
05:45Yeah, look, I'm going to tell you, Joe Mixon, Nico Collins, CJ Stroud, and I'll throw Dalton Schultz in there just for the veterans' sake.
05:55The boys got their hands full.
05:58Yeah.
05:59The boys got their hands full.
06:02The boys got their hands full, and they got a bunch of – they brought in a bunch of journeymen, offensive linemen, I think he's put it nicely.
06:12One, two-year offensive linemen.
06:15Again, I'll say it, when offensive linemen sign – anybody signs a one- or two-year deal is because they don't have any other options.
06:21That's what they're doing.
06:22They have their hand full, and I know we've got to get to break,
06:24but they have their hands full.
06:28What do you mean by that?
06:29They have – it just –
06:31That's just – I mean, that's the only known commodities you have.
06:34It's the only – it's the only – hey, man, we know what we're getting from these dudes right here.
06:40You don't know what you're getting from any of those offensive linemen.
06:43Hell, we don't even know – Titus Howard playing guard, you don't really – we don't really know what we're getting.
06:49I mean, Dalton Schultz, I mean, unfortunately right now,
06:53your expectations have to be really low, but veteran that's on the same page as the quarterback
06:57that, you know, that we've seen make plays before.
07:00So, I mean, it's just like you – there's just not – you know, right now, offensively,
07:06and I'm talking top to bottom, coach and staff too.
07:10Yeah.
07:11You know, you're asking those guys to do a whole lot with very little.
07:15And by very little, I don't mean the guys can't play.
07:18I just mean with guys that we don't know anything about what we're going to get from them.
