00:09Yeah absolutely, I played well today, I felt like I was executing the game plan that I had and yeah I played really well, Ali's been playing well recently so I knew I had to be on form and ready for a hard match, I felt like I dealt with it well.
00:22How did the tournament go as a whole in your opinion?
00:25Yeah good, I think it's been a great event, Inverness are a great club, they host it really well, they are really generous to the players and that makes us feel really welcome which is great.
00:37Men's draw and the women's draw was competitive which is always good and yeah hopefully we're building that for next year.
00:42You're no stranger to being Scottish champion of course but winning this tournament, is that a good benchmark for the rest of the year?
00:49Yeah absolutely, I've got two events to go and yeah I felt good out there today so hopefully I can take Iainem off to Dublin on Tuesday and hopefully I can go and play some good squash out there and yeah take forward my form from here.
01:01And how's the 25 going so far for you?
01:03It's been good, I've had a good year, I've had a good season, I'm at my highest football ranking and I'm feeling good, yeah it's been a good year so far and this is a title I really value so I'm really happy to pick it up.
01:14What's the aspirations for this year? I think by the end of the year I'd love to be top 20 if not higher so that's the main goal really, just keep getting that ranking up, not overthink it and just play good squash and get better week by week.
