00:06As an insurance broker, Howden plays a crucial role in enabling the expansion of the fossil fuel industry

00:14by ensuring new oil, gas and coal projects.

00:30People don't need to lose their jobs.

00:43The renewables industry will actually multiply the amount of available work

00:48and a lot of the skills that the people who work in oil and gas particularly have

00:55are duplicatable within the renewables industry.

00:59People seem to be accepting it's going to get hotter.

01:03But people in the global south, billions, will probably die.

01:08China are probably doing more than any other country on the planet to go green and use renewables.

01:15But also they are producing so much pollution and CO2 footprint because they're producing all the goods we want.

01:23We're making a little bit of a noise this morning, a little squeak in the scheme of things.

01:27But make a noise and it's action.
