00:12using a Mac computer without further ado let us start the videos and the
00:16tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop
00:22application Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I start this

00:58focus on the video so now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to the
01:04application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the application
01:08wait for that to load once that is loaded navigate to your inbox go to an email
01:14right click then go to print this will allow us to save the email as part of a
01:22PDF file so we can go to let's just click on PDF now save us PDF we can now change
01:31the title of the file let's just say email we can also change where this will
01:39be saved let's just save directly to the desktop click on save that has now
01:47exported minimize Microsoft Outlook for the moment now let's go to the desktop
01:52click on email dot PDF as you can see we now have that email saved as a PDF file so
02:02we can now quit preview go all the way down to the dock go back to Microsoft
02:08Outlook quit Outlook and so that's over this video I'll see you guys in my next
