00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to

00:05create a task on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook using a Mac

00:11computer. Without further ado let us start the video. So in the tutorial you

00:16need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop application

00:21Microsoft Outlook. We can now start the tutorial. Before I start this tutorial I

00:27would like to say that you are more than welcome to subscribe to my channel

00:31computer science videos as we know every problem is solved by indirection. You can

00:57the video. So now let's go down to the dock. Go to launchpad. Go to the application

01:03Microsoft Outlook. Search for this. Enter to open up the application. Wait for that

01:07to load. Once that is loaded. Let's now go to the navigation menu on top. Within home

01:13go to new items. Click on the arrow and now click on task. We will now be brought up

01:20with another screen that allows us to create a task. Let's just say create video. This

01:30will be due today. We will also have a reminder sent to us at let's just say 8

01:36o'clock and 19 minutes. So that's when the next minute or so. We can have this as

01:49high priority if we wish to. We can categorize this in blue so we know if

01:56this will be recurring. It will happen every day on a regular basis. That's okay. So

02:03what we will now do is we can actually add a message if we wish to. Let's just say

02:10create videos for computer science videos. That's okay. We can now save and close.

02:23within the next 15 seconds. We should receive a message on screen that tells us to create a video

02:32as part as the task that we have created.

02:41And there we go. We can now click on this. That brings up the screen that we created the task on.

02:50If we wish to we can mark as complete. This has now been done. Let's now save and close.

02:57So that task itself was created and completed. We can now quit Outlook.
