00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial three
00:05different ways to locate the tasks on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook
00:11using a Mac computer. Without further ado let us start the video. So in the
00:15tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop
00:20application Microsoft Outlook. We can now start the tutorial. Before I start this
00:27tutorial I would like to say that you are more than welcome to subscribe to my

00:55let's now focus on the video. So now let's go to the dock, go to launchpad, go to the
01:02application, Microsoft Outlook, search for this, enter to open up the application
01:07wait for that to load once it is loaded. The first way to locate the tasks that
01:14you may have created within the Microsoft Outlook application is to go to the
01:19toolbar, go to view, navigate to, go to and then we should see tasks
01:25there. Click on this and this will take us to every task we may or may have not
01:31created. Let's go back one to emails and now the second way to navigate to your
01:39tasks using a keyboard shortcut is command and four. This will take us again to the
01:45tasks. Let's go back one again, view, go to emails and finally the third way to
01:52quickly locate the tasks that you may have created or not created is to go to
01:58the bottom left corner of the screen where we have the five options available
02:02again. So the first one is email, second one is calendar, third is people and the
02:08fourth is tasks. Click on this and there we go. So then we can start to create tasks,
02:15allocate those to users if we need to, send emails with these tasks in them. So we can
02:21now go back to emails. We can now quit the Outlook application and so that's all this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now.
02:37Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my
02:42channel, Computer Science Videos. Be sure to check out the previous video on screen
