A New Mexico man received what lawyers are calling the largest medical malpractice payout in history. A jury decided this week that he will receive more than $400 million in damages for botched penile injections.

01:13practice practice by this company this corporate scheme manipulates and uses fear as a tactic to convince

01:22these men to do this in a statement new medical told us that they quote disagree with the verdict

01:28and intend to pursue all available legal remedies including appeal according to the lawsuit this guy
