00:15And we've got Nicole's mom on the phone right now, Susan.

00:21We are doing great. So I'm glad you nominated your daughter, Nicole.

00:24Tell us how she serves our community as a First Responder.

00:26She's an EMT. She's been an EMT for almost a year now.

00:30Okay. One year in. And what has been her kind of experience so far?

00:36Saving lives and transporting patients back and forth and being there for them and their families.

00:42And Susan, there was some inspiration behind her wanting to become an EMT, right?

00:47Yeah. Her dad passed away unexpectedly and everything.

00:52And that drove her a little bit farther into the medical field.

00:56Wow. That is a powerful calling for sure.

00:59What do you think she enjoys most about her job?

01:02Helping people and being there for them.
