01:16is that your best move given the kid the first thing that the kid tastes is pudding

01:21well yeah i don't know about that but here's the thing i wasn't like for everybody like you can't

01:26just spoon feed him pudding i'm like no i was sitting there eating a snack pack

01:30and i'm like oh it would be funny to take the spoon and just like wipe it across his lips real quick

01:36but give him a little lip smacking no see that part man you can't start a kid off with the first food

01:45they ever taste in their life is pudding it's all downhill from there right start them off like

01:52liver and onions or something or brussel sprouts you can't no you can't you cannot surrender the

02:19food because he's never really had it other than a bottle right right yeah you can't start him off

05:30want to just brush a little bit of pudding across finn's lips yeah you're you're almost

05:35to see what he does and then is that big of it is it that big of a deal as first food because the

05:41doctor told you don't feed him till what five to six months what you said yeah that's what yeah

05:45heidi sent her a message yesterday because she was uh she was wondering because finn has been waking

05:50up at like 3 30 in the morning very hungry so we were wondering if he needs real food she said

05:55uh finn is likely going through a growth spurt right now but unfortunately he's not ready for

06:00any cereal or uh solid foods we don't like starting that until about five to six months

06:06at his next visit we'll discuss and how to proceed okay which i don't know when you start

06:12i feel like he's good now man hey but i'm not a doctor either you did stay in the holiday and

06:28man yes now the cereal my children were on it very young but you have to remember their food

06:37allergies ryan you gotta watch giving them anything that's not you know for the baby yet

06:44well so cereal i don't see why you couldn't start him on very runny cereal but the milk and

06:52everything else in those snack packs little finn could be allergic that's what that's what i was

06:58gonna say heidi's i think was more upset because of the dairy in it she's like ryan we clearly went

07:03through a dairy thing with him you guys we we talked about that on the show yeah switching him off

07:08of dairy stuff so i'm like oh yeah yeah yeah okay i know he's not not too thrilled about dairy these

07:13days but okay but it's pudding spring it's pudding yeah it's pudding spring it's a snack pack it's the

07:57them uh we at about three and a half four months we switched our son to a partial rice cereal and

08:05formula bottle where he was because he was eating so much that he was hungry all the time so we switched

08:13him to that before he did the cereal and the doctor gave the okay on that and now he's a strapping six

08:18foot one about 220 he's a little scary okay so you switched the kid to rice rice baby

08:24yeah rice rice baby exactly yeah that's what my mom said she goes just water it down more he's it's

08:31gonna and you can do it from his bottle right exactly exactly that's what we do with my uncle art
