00:48the incident happened at Morningside, a listed, assisted living facility.

00:53Officers, along with the Greenwood City Fire Department,

00:55they rushed to the scene, responded.

00:57They were advised that possible gunshots had been heard.

01:02There was a small fire that was found inside of one of the residents' rooms.

01:08The resident was unconscious.

01:13Smoke inhalation.

01:15Turns out the small fire was started because the resident placed several rounds of ammunition

01:21in a toaster oven, and then, I guess, fired up the toaster oven.

02:11A guy gets into a dispute with his neighbor up in Gainesville and hits him with a flamethrower.

02:5257-year-old Andre Abrams was at his home.

02:57He said his neighbors had multiple arguments with him about parking.

03:04So he and his neighbors have some kind of parking dispute, and he was upset.

03:09He walks out of his home with a flamethrower and started spraying flames in the direction of their car while people were sitting in it.

03:19The flamethrower that he has is called an XM-42 light.

03:25Can shoot flames more than 20 feet.

03:29Apparently there were kids in the car.

03:32I mean, this is a mess.

03:33The flames never actually hit the vehicle, but witnesses said that they got within about 5 feet of the car, and it was pretty scary.

03:40So Andre admits to it, claims that no one was in danger.

03:44He just came out of his house and starts shooting flames.

03:50Now, Fester's on eBay.

03:51Fester found the XM-42 light flamethrower in toxic waste green color.
