00:32combination of soothing smells and the sounds of water on your brain is almost a hypnotic sort of

00:39way to calm you so fish and bleeding feet no listen so that okay so i i agree that going to a beach

00:49if you could have those conditions that's a great idea most beaches you go to

00:56are jam-packed full of people they all smell they're all loud they're all in your way yeah

01:05and that is how you spend your time it's not like you go to a beach and it's just you it's not like

01:14the movie the beach beach is a totally different experience like a public pack beach you know i

01:19mean that's terrible then see when i do this like i walk early in the morning there's no one on the

01:23beach right it's just me and the beach yeah right the odd fisherman out there right here's what they

01:28say uh how it affects you it reduces stress water is nature's cure to life stressors full of naturally

01:36occurring positive ions that are known to have the ability to make you feel at ease the beach boosts

01:42your creativity being in this so-called blue space allows you to clear your head and approach

01:47problems and projects in a more creative way it's kind of much like meditation triggers a feeling of

01:52calmness and tunes other things out so you can focus on what you need to focus on these waves are

01:57so loud loud waves it's stressing me out turn them down it can help reduce feelings of depression

02:04the hypnotic sound of the waves in combination with the sights and smells of the beach

02:10put you into a meditative space what you're meditating i can't concentrate no you should be super calm
