00:11In a statement, the agency said that the MSRP of rice was reduced in order to balance the rising price of rice.
00:20The DA first implemented the MSRP with an initial of Php 58 per kilo in January because its retail price remained high despite the lowering of the maximum suggested retail price of imported rice to 15% and the lowering of global prices.
