00:00The target of the Department of Agriculture is to sell NFA rice for P38 to local governments.

00:07It is equal to P38 to P65 per kilo of rice in the major markets in Metro Manila.

00:15300,000 sacks of rice are ready to be sold by the National Food Authority.

00:20According to the NFA, the rice is considered non-regular or old stock

00:25that has been stored in a warehouse for two months but is still of good quality.

00:30The agency needs to issue a notice to allow the rice to enter the market this harvest season.
