00:00This is the aim of the roadshows of the government in different countries to encourage investors to invest in the Philippines.

00:12This is after implementing rules and regulations for the Create More Law,

00:17which will have additional tax incentives for businesses, local man or foreign companies.

00:24This includes South Korea, which may be implemented in March or April.

00:30United States, Japan, Europe, Middle East and China are also targeted.

00:36According to Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs, Secretary Frederick Goh,

00:43he is targeting the semiconductor industry, which is the largest industry in the country.

00:49In 2024, the country recorded an investment of Php 1.95 trillion, the highest in the history of the Philippines

00:58and 33% higher than in 2023.

01:05Our responsibility is to let the investors know about Create More, how it will benefit them,

01:12how it will improve the ease of doing business, how it will reduce the cost of doing business.

01:16First thing you have to know about Create More is it is not purely an incentive program for foreign investors.

01:25It is a program to increase investments from both the domestic investors and foreign investors.
