00:23In just a few minutes, the sale of 40 pesos per kilo of rice for your chosen family in Metro Manila will begin here in Kamuling Public Market.

00:35There will be a little bit of change for some of the buyers.

00:38Since today, the establishment of the Department of Agriculture by President Quilloz

00:44in some markets in NCR will sell well-known rice for 40 pesos per kilo.

00:50Kamuling Public Market is one of the places chosen by the D.A.

00:53Aside from here, it will also open in Guadalupe Public Market, Malabon Central Market, New Las Pina City Public Market, Pasay City Public Market.

01:03According to the D.A., they chose the so-called markets because this is where they saw the high price of rice.

01:10There are those who have 5 to 10 kilos of rice, but they can still look at the kilo of rice they are buying.

01:16And there is no limit to how much rice they can buy.

01:20According to Arnold de Mesa, there is no shortage of rice for the so-called program.

01:28According to the D.A., they hope that this will not only spread in Metro Manila, but also in other provinces.

02:16But the good news is that in a few minutes, the D.A. will sell 40 pesos worth of rice.
