00:23So established 2020, I believe that's just about when we hit this place, but it's a food

00:30I think they're opening, are you guys opening this shop?

00:34So I usually don't go to the same spots twice, but this is probably the number one

00:38recommended pizza in New Orleans.

00:40A lot of people got to hit Z's, got to hit Z's, cool little neighborhood.

00:42I don't really know where we are.

00:45So this is the double review, they did the food truck, I think, kind of put them on the

00:49map, according to him, and then he opens the brick and mortar, which is a cool vibe,

00:52old school Northeast style.

00:55I'd almost say that almost has a bar vibe to it.

00:59Ooh, great, great crisp, good undercarriage.

01:02In New Orleans, again, I think probably I've said this multiple times.

01:09Wouldn't think of it primarily as a pizza city, but we've had some pretty damn good

01:13pizza. I mean, I love forbidden pizza the other day and this looks great.

01:16So here we go. One bite, everybody knows the rules.

02:18You put this in the middle of Manhattan, this pizza stands true.
