00:13At present, the clouds are wide in Visayas, Palawan, and Mindanao

00:20It is at the tip of the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ

00:25The Amihan or Northeast Monsoon is still reaching the Northern Luzon

00:32At present, we have not been able to monitor LPA, Low Pressure Area or LPA in our Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:42and also in the Pacific Ocean

00:51Due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone, the sky is cloudy with scattered rain and thunderstorms

00:59in Palawan, Visayas, Visayas, and Mindanao

01:06We advise that we continue to be careful due to these rains that may cause flooding or landslides

01:16Let's go to the southern part of Luzon

01:20The sky is cloudy with scattered rain and thunderstorms in Albay, Sarsor Sugon, Masbate, and Catanduanes

01:33Due to the Amihan, the sky is also cloudy with rain in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos Norte

01:44In the cold part of Luzon and Metro Manila, it will be beautiful and clear today

01:54but there is still a chance of isolated floods due to the thunderstorm

02:04Due to the strength of the Amihan, today we have a gale warning

02:10Because of what we have seen, there is a high risk of floods that can reach up to 5 meters

02:17in different seas, in the Batanes, Northern Coast of Cagayan, along with the Babayan Islands, Northern and Western Coast of Ilocos Norte

02:28So let's not miss out on the places mentioned for our safety

02:41The sun will rise later at 6.19 in the morning

02:45The sun will set at 5.35 in the afternoon
