00:04Northeast Monsoon is still hovering over the northern and central Luzon area.

00:09Tonight, it will still bring cloudy skies with light rain

00:14in the Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon and Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:20Meanwhile, the Intertropical Conversion Zone is still hovering over the southern portion of Mindanao.

00:25That's why it will still bring scattered rains,

00:28thunderstorms and landslides in the Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi Regions.

00:32The prevailing weather system is easterly

00:35in the remaining parts of our region

00:37where it will not bring heavy rains in any part of our country.

00:42However, the chances of thunderstorms are still high,

00:45especially here in the eastern section of southern Luzon,

00:48particularly in the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas,

00:50as well as in the Caraga and Davao Region.

00:53Similarly, in other parts of our country,

00:55especially here in the Visayas, Northern Mindanao Area,

00:58it is also possible to experience thunderstorms this afternoon until later tonight.

01:03At the moment, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons

01:07that may affect our country.

01:11For the upcoming time tomorrow,

01:13because of the heavy rains,

01:15the Cagayan Valley will still experience gloomy weather

01:19with weak rains.

01:22Here in Cordillera, Ilocos Region and Central Luzon,

01:26it is expected to be cloudy to cloudy skies tomorrow

01:30and it is still possible to experience weak rains or typhoons.

01:36Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila,
