Ingredients: Coconut Oil Mustard Seeds 1 Medium size Bottle Gourd 10 Garlic Crushed 2-3 Green Chillies Slit Few Curry Leaves 1 Onion Sliced 1 Tomato Chopped Grated Coconut Salt as per taste
