The first food recipe that I want to share with you is my favorite dish, Bademjan Kebab, which I always make using my grandmother's recipe. This dish is vegetarian and its main ingredients include eggplants, aromatic green leaves, walnuts, and pomegranate paste. The resulting taste will leave you speechless! The curved plate with a round stone we use to grind and mix the raw food ingredients is called Namak-yar. It is a very old way of grinding used by locals. Grinding ingredients by Namak-yar takes me back to my childhood when my grandmother made this food with her kind hands.
