- In a flat bottom pan heat some oil. - Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds & cloves. Stir everything well. - Then add black pepper, cinnamon, mustard seeds, dagad phool, dry coconut, dry red chillies, hing, sesame seeds & fenugreek seeds. Saute everything well for some time. - Let it cool down completely. - Add the mixture in a mixer grinder and grind it to a smooth powder. - Goda Masala is ready to be used.
