Quick and Easy Vegetable Pulao Recipe Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Ghee 2-3 Cardamoms 2" Cinnamon Stick 5-6 Cloves Veggies (Chopped Carrot, Chopped French Beans, Green Peas) Cashew Nuts Basmati Rice (3 Cups) Hot Water (6 Cups) Salt as per taste Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method of Cooking: Soak 3 Cups of Basmati Rice for 30 Minutes & then drain the rice. 1. Heat a vessel add 2 Tbsp Ghee. 2. Add 2-3 Cardamoms, 2" Cinnamon Stick, 5-6 Cloves. 3. Add the Cashew Nuts & chopped Veggies & Stir Fry on high flame for 1 minute. 4. Then add the drained Basmati Rice & stir fry it for few minutes. 5. Add Salt as per taste. 6. Add hot water to the rice and give a quick mix. 7. Close the lid & let it cook on high flame till the dots fall on the rice. 8. Then simmer the flame & let it cook for few minutes. 9. Check if water remains in the bottom. 10. If remains then again close the lid & cook for sometime.
