Ingredients: 1) 1 Cup Wheat Flour 2) Jaggery (as per taste) 3) Crushed Pistachios 4) 2 Tbsp Ghee 5) 1/4 Tsp Salt 6) 1/4 Cup Water
Method of Cooking: 1. Heat a pan & Dry Roast Wheat Flour on Low Flame till it changes its colour. 2. Heat a pan add Jaggery & add 1/4 Cup of Water & let it melt down. 3. To the Wheat mixture add Salt & Crushed Pistachios & mix it well. 4. Add 2 Tbsp of Ghee and mix well. 5. Strain the melted Jaggery to remove impurities in it. 6. Then add the melted jaggery to the Wheat mixture & mix it well. 7. Prepare Laddus. Your Monsoon Special Wheat Flour Laddus are ready.
