Shahi Jeera Peas Pulao
Ingredients: 2 Cups of Basmati Rice 2 Tbsp of Ghee 2" Cinnamon 4 Green Cardamoms 1 Star Anise 5-6 Cloves 1 and 1/2 Tsp Shahi Jeera 1 Cup Frozen Green Peas 4 Cups of Hot Water Salt as required
Method of Cooking: 1. Soak 2 Cups of Basmati Rice for 30 Minutes. 2. Drain the Rice after 30 Minutes. 3. Heat 2 Tbsp of Ghee in a Pressure Cooker. 4. Add 2" Cinnamon 4 Green Cardamoms 1 Star Anise 5-6 Cloves 5. Add 1 and 1/2 Tsp Shahi Jeera 6. Add a cup of Frozen Peas and let it cook for sometime. 7. Add the drained Rice and give a good stir. 8. Add 4 Cups of Hot Water and add Salt as required. 9. Close the lid of the Pressure Cooker and take 1 Whistle. 10. Wait for the pressure to release. Your yummy Shahi Jeera Peas Pulao is ready.
