A good cake to share with friends or family :) You don't need flour to make a good cake !
Ingredients:
Cake :
- 100 gr rolled oats
- 130 gr brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 gr butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon peel
Frosting :
- 70 gr icing sugar (1 cup)
- 1 lemon peel
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
