Mark Wakeham, has been ticketed for parking overnight in a car park in St Mary's Road, Hayling Island. He has appealed as he says he most definitely did not stay overnight. Havant Borough Council say he did and they know that 'due to the tyre valves being in exactly the same place' over a 24-hour period. This, he insists, is not true and he has tracker evidence to prove his car was moved during this period.
