Motorist fined for parking in a visitor's space at Ebbsfleet housing estate despite no signs

Nicol Shi explains the reasons why he thinks a fine issues to him for £100 for parking in a visitor space outside his friend's home in Giles Drive, Castle Hill, Ebbsfleet is unfair.
