Ingredients
For Haleem Gravy/Korma: Mutton - 500g boneless Oil - 1/4 cup Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Bay leave - 2 Onion - 2 Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Green chilli paste - 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Chaat masala -;1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Chicken cube - 1 Salt - to taste Yoghurt/curd - 1 cup Mint leave - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Water - 2 glass
For Cooking Pulses: Whole wheat - 1/4 cup (soaked overnight) Chana dal - 4 tbsp Moong dal - 2 tbsp Urad Dal - 2 tbsp Masoor dal - 2 tbsp Toor dal - 2 tbsp Rice - 4 tbsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tbsp Cinnamon stick - 1 Green Cardamon - 1 Bay leave 2 Water - 2.5 glass
Other ingredients: Garam masala - 1 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Hot water - 2 to 3 glass or as required Fried onions - to serve Sliced Ginger - to serve Chopped green chilli - to serve Lemon wedges - to serve
