常靜是泰國公主珠拉蓬皇家古箏教師。曾多次受邀到法國、丹麥、西班牙、日本…等20多個國家演出。
當人們以為中國器樂演奏流行歌曲是一種時代所趨時，常靜堅持她對中國音樂美學的追求，她說：「我要讓大家知道，古箏的音聲很美，而且很現代」。在常靜全新的創作中，我們感受到一股莫名的驚喜，原來流轉千年的唯美音聲，是如此細膩典雅，有種不變質的美感和生命力！製作人齊剛，亦在專輯中演奏洞簫、中國竹笛等，融合出非常精緻、獨特的中國古典新音樂。

Her masterful skill brings Guzheng performance to a higher level that is unique and dynamic. The producer Qi Gang played Dong Xiao and bamboo dizi in the CD. Together the two wonderful musicians provided a sample of China’s rich music heritage.
