Welcome to MJ's Kitchen, Today's recipe is Afghani Fateer also called Naan Pyazi. Our Afghani fateer recipe is without yeast & without oven.
Ingredients for dough: 4 cup Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Powdered Sugar, Warm water for kneading.
Ingredients for filling: 3 Onions (medium, sliced), ½ tsp Salt.
& melted butter.
Method: - Add salt & powdered sugar to the flour. - Add water & knead the dough. - Give it a rest for 10 minutes. - Mix salt in sliced onions. - Divide the dough into 8 parts. - Flat it with roller. - Apply melted butter on the flattened dough. - Top it with sliced onions. - Fold it. - Apply butter and fold it again. - Give them a rest for 10 minutes. - Now apply butter or oil in pan. - Put the flattened naan in pan, cover & let it cook for 2~3 minutes. - Flip often until crisp golden. - Our Afghani Fateer is ready. - Give it a thumbs up if you like this recipe, - share it forward & subscribe to my channel, Good bye. - Recipe video: https://youtu.be/mAfSbWf7k1E . . .
