Today's recipe is Fried Mutton Chops
longer marination time will make them more delicious
let's start

first of all we'll marinate the chops, for this we need:

½ Kg Mutton Chops,
1 tsp Meat Tenderizer,
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
3 tbsp Yogurt,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
1 tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed),
1 tsp Coriander (roasted & crushed),
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder,
& 1 tsp Chili Powder.

Method:
- Mix yogurt, ginger garlic, meat tenderizer & all dry spices in a bowl.
- add mutton chops, mix & cover with cling film.
- put this in fridge for 3 hours to get marinated

to make batter we need:
2 Eggs,
¼ cup Water,
3 tbsp Gram Flour,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

put all these ingredients in a bowl & make the batter

- dip chops in liquid batter
- roll in bread crumbs,
- shallow fry these on medium to low flame
- our recipe of fried chops is ready
