Welcome to MJ's Kitchen Today's recipe is Fried Mutton Chops longer marination time will make them more delicious let's start
first of all we'll marinate the chops, for this we need:
½ Kg Mutton Chops, 1 tsp Meat Tenderizer, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 3 tbsp Yogurt, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed), 1 tsp Coriander (roasted & crushed), ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder, & 1 tsp Chili Powder.
Method: - Mix yogurt, ginger garlic, meat tenderizer & all dry spices in a bowl. - add mutton chops, mix & cover with cling film. - put this in fridge for 3 hours to get marinated
to make batter we need: 2 Eggs, ¼ cup Water, 3 tbsp Gram Flour, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
put all these ingredients in a bowl & make the batter
