Welcome to MJ's Kitchen, & today's recipe is Crispy & Healthy Russian Kebabs
To make Russian Kebabs we need:
2 Cup Boiled Potatoes, 1½ Cup Boiled & shredded Chicken, 1 cup Cabbage, 1 cup Capsicum, 1 cup Carrot, Green Chili, 1 tsp Ginger Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, can be substituted with Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
& for coating of Kebabs: 1 Packet Fine Vermicelli 1 Egg.
& Cooking oil for frying.
Method: - Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl & make Kebabs. - Add boiled chicken, boiled potatoes, - all vegetables, green chili, salt, Ginger Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes & Black Pepper Powder. - Mix these all. - Shape the mixture to your choice. - Dip Kebabs in beaten Egg. - Roll in vermicelli & fry these. - Fry them from both sides until golden brown. - Our recipe of Crispy Russian Kebabs is ready, - Give it a thumbs up if you like this recipe, share it & - subscribe to my Channel, Good Bye. - Recipe video here: https://youtu.be/Pz7DFzHygWo
