Kala Jamun with instant homemade khoya_ _ Indian sweet _Easy and quick Kala jaamun at home

Kala Jamun is a milk solid based weet dish very famous in Indian subcontinent and very popular sweet of India .Kala jaamun is also known as kala jaam and is served on special occasions in India.It is served dry, has a chewy texture from outside and grainy texture from side,it is little harder than gulab jamun's which is an another famous Indian sweet.I am sharing recipe of mine for making kala jamuns at home in quickest and easiest way and tip is to let Jamun's soaked at least for 2 hrs in warm sugar syrup before eating to make it more tasty.Do not fry Jamun's too much to make them black,just fry dark brown because once they are soaked in sugar syrup they will become dark in colour, Following my recipe you can make it at home whenever you want.If you like my recipe don't forget to like,share and subscribe to my channel chop n chill,thanks.lets start the recipe..
Ingredients for the recipe :
200 gm of khoya/mawa( I am using homemade)
100 gm of cottage cheese/grated paneer
small pinch of baking soda
1/4 tsp of cardamom powder if you want (optional)
3 tbsp of all purpose flour/ maida
1 tbsp milk if required
1 to 2 tsp all purpose flour/maida if required
Some chopped Pistachios /pista for garnishing
Enough oil for deep frying
For sugar syrup :
2 cups of sugar/cheeni
2 cups of water/pani
1/4 tsp of green cardamom powder/hari ealichi
Note : don't cook on high heat and do not over fry to make it dark,prefer non stick pan for frying.
Use proper measuring spoons and cups for perfect measurement.
